How do I schedule a repair or service? Simply stop by our shop and drop it off, and we will put it in our schedule. If you need us to pick it up, contact us to arrange a day and time that suits you. 

How much will the repair cost? This varies greatly by model of machine and the depth of the repair. We take a diagnostic fee up front, and then our service manager will contact you with our findings and a repair estimate. 

How long will it take to complete the repair? We do our best to keep our lead time at one week or less, but this can vary with the season. We will give you an estimated timeframe for completion, and will keep you updated about any delays, such as parts that need ordered in.

Why is annual maintenance important? Annual snow blower maintenance is important to keep your machine running top-notch and ready for use at a moments notice, to help avoid inconvenient breakdowns mid-storm, and to maximize the service life of your snow-blower.

When should I schedule my snow blower for service? Late summer/early fall is a great time to drop off or schedule your snow blower for its annual service, but we can tune you snow blower up anytime of the year. If you purchased your snow blower from us, you qualify to save 10% on a service package over the summer months!

What do I get when I purchase a service package? When you purchase a service package, we service all the critical maintenance points and give your entire snow blower a thorough inspection top to bottom to find those worn out parts before they cause extensive damage.
